    I set up a pop-up for my website so when people submit their information, an email is supposed to be sent to them with a download link. The email is not sending.

    I hope you are keeping well, and sorry to know that you are experiencing an issue.

    Can you please confirm if you have a pop-up or slide-in module configured on your website? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of how you have configured the email notification so that we can get a better idea?

    The Hustle plugin uses the default WordPress email function, wp_mail(), to send emails. Could you please use an Email log plugin to check if the emails are being generated from the WordPress end?
