Auto update on Plugin causing Fatal Error on WordPress for Version 4.9.7

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack-pro/app/Common/Utils/Database.php:455

Why was this update pushed when it contains a significant error on the website?

  • We are also affected with this on 7 websites.
    Statistics:
    – WordPress 6.9.4 under PHP 8.4 → 1 website
    – WordPress 6.9.4 under PHP 8.3 → 3 websites
    – WordPress 6.9.4 under PHP 8.1 → 2 websites
    – WordPress 5.9.13 under PHP 7.4 → 1 website

We too are affected with this.

Also affected with this on 4 sites. First I got an email saying it was AIO SEO Pro causing the issue. Deactivated. Then AIO threw up a critical issue. Deactivated that one too.

Extremely inconvenient since half our posts used redirects in AIO, so now I’m having to readd everything using the redirection plugin. Why was this pushed across our sites if it’s causing issues? Will need to find a different meta data plugin, I think.

Yep, a bunch of my sites have gone down as well.
Currently, I’m unzipping the previous version stable installer to get back up and running again.
    Not good.
    🙁
