I am getting this msg on the Installation part of the Tidio dashboard
Tidio IS installed as I am using it.
So why is this telling me it is not installed and how do I get rid of it

I’m sorry to hear for the inconvenience you faced. It can be that you are logged in to the different project than the one installed on your website.
