Hi @michaelorr ,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re running into this issue with the SEO Analysis tool.
This error usually happens when our SEO Analysis servers are being blocked by a firewall, hosting security system, CDN, or another server-side security layer.
To ensure the full functionality of the SEO Analysis tool, could you please whitelist the following IP addresses and URL in any firewall or security settings that may be active on your website or hosting environment?
IP Addresses to whitelist:
- 159.89.243.35
- 104.236.26.134
URL to whitelist:
In many cases, your hosting provider will need to make these changes for you. You can open a support ticket with them and send the following:
I am using the SEO Analysis tool from All in One SEO on my website, and I have encountered an issue that may be due to security settings on my server.
This SEO Analysis tool connects to my website with the user agent AIOSEO/2022.2.8 on ports 80 and 443.
To resolve this, I kindly request your assistance in whitelisting the following IP addresses and URL:
IP Address: 159.89.243.35
IP Address: 104.236.26.134
URL: https://analyze.aioseo.com/
This is essential for the proper functioning of the SEO Analysis tool on my website. Please confirm once these have been whitelisted, or let me know if any additional information is required.
Once this has been done, please try running the SEO Analysis again and let us know whether the issue persists.
Looking forward to your update!
Thank you for you advice Shivam, appreciated. I’ll hand over to my dev team who manage the hosting side of things.
Hi @michaelorr ,
You’re very welcome, and that sounds like the right next step.
In most cases, once the hosting or firewall rules are adjusted, the SEO Analysis tool starts working normally again right away.
Hopefully your dev team will be able to whitelist those quickly, but if anything still does not work afterward, just let me know and I’ll be happy to continue helping you investigate it further.
Appreciate the update!
