Site Kit not connecting?

I keep connecting our site kit and it tells me it successfully connected but then when I leave the site kit page and come back it shows disconnected. I have tried many times doing this and even reset site kit twice to get it to connect. Each time it says, connected successfully but then disconnects. Is there a problem with site kit currently or is this somehting on my end you can help with?
