  • Hello @sbpranta389,

The “There has been a critical error on this website” message during vendor registration usually indicates a PHP fatal error caused by a plugin or theme conflict occurring when the vendor registration process is triggered.

Since you have already tried changing the theme and the issue persists, it strongly suggests that:

    • A plugin conflict is triggering the crash during registration
    • Or a server-side PHP error occurs when the vendor form is submitted

To isolate the issue, the standard troubleshooting approach is:

    • Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan
    • Test vendor registration again
    • If it works, reactivate plugins one by one to identify the conflict

Additionally, checking the WordPress recovery email (if received) may help identify the exact plugin/file causing the crash.

If the issue still continues even in a minimal environment, let us know.

    Kind regards.
