    I’m opening this support thread so we can continue the conversation here.

    Regarding your question about “Remove all Event Tickets data upon uninstall” — at the moment, this setting doesn’t appear to be fully working as expected. Based on testing, it currently only does the following when the plugin is uninstalled:

    • Removes tec_tickets_activation_time
    • Disables the Stripe webhook integration

    It doesn’t fully clear all Event Tickets data, which I understand can be confusing.

    As for the screenshot you shared:

    • The first message indicates that there are no active payment methods configured under Tickets → Settings → Payments
    • The second message is related to your permalink structure being set to “Plain” under Settings → Permalinks

    To resolve the first issue, please try adding at least one payment method, save changes, and then test again.

    To resolve the second issue, please switch to any permalink structure other than Plain (for example, “Post name”), save changes, and then test again.

    Let me know how it goes or if anything still doesn’t look right.

    I solved the problem by manually removing all references to ‘tec’ including the actionscheduler tables from the database. Now the plugin functions again as expected.

    I know there’s not much help here for future reference as the cause of the problem was not established. All I can say is: keep your database clean.

    About the screenshot: the errors as so weren’t the problem but the links to documentation that are broken. Not a big issue.
