Thanks for reaching out—I’d be happy to help with this.
Upon checking, I was able to reproduce the issue when using only the Event Tickets plugin. However, when Event Tickets Plus is also enabled, I can rearrange the ticket order without any problems.
At this point, I’m not yet sure if this is an intended change or expected behavior, so I’ll need to confirm this further with the team. I’ll update you as soon as I hear back from them.

Our team prioritizes bugs based on factors like how many users are affected and the overall impact on event management and ticket sales. While I don’t have a specific ETA for a fix at the moment, please know that this is now on our team’s radar and under review.
We typically share updates and fixes through our changelog and newsletter, and I’ll also make sure to update you here as soon as there’s any progress.
