    Hi!

    I’m trying to create a career application form with Forminator on a WP site. The issue is that when the form has more than a first name and last name field OR more than 2 inputs (not sure which), it reloads the page, but never submits the form or shows the user any indication of submission.

    Any ideas? I’ve updated Forminator to the latest version.

    Trust you are doing well, and sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

    I was able to replicate the issue on the mentioned URL, and it appears to be more of a conflict issue. However, to take a closer look at the issue, wouldn’t you mind please share an export of the form?

    The form export can be shared using Google Drive or Pastebin.com. I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

    That being said, can you please also perform a complete conflict test to ensure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue? The following documentation should help you further: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

    As this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.
