    Hi again,

    Another question about the chatbot

On my website I promote training courses for my clients. Right now I usually use a normal contact form when someone is interested, but I was thinking maybe the chatbot could do this in a more natural way during the conversation.

For example, if someone asks about a course, prices, dates, or says they are interested, can the chatbot ask for their details automatically, like:

    name
    email
    phone
maybe which course they are interested in

What would be the best way to do this in AxiaChat?

    Hi again

Yes, this is exactly a perfect use case for the Lead Capture feature.

    The best setup would be:

    Leads → New List

    • Create a specific list (for example: Photoshop Course)
    • Add the fields you need (name, email, phone, course, etc.)
    • Then enable it on your bot and add a simple instruction like:

“When the user shows interest in the Photoshop course, use the form to collect their details.” (In Training->Instructions)

The chatbot will then only ask for the data when the user shows real interest, not for everyone.

    You actually have two options:

    • Inline form (best for web) → shows a nice form inside the chat
    • Conversational → asks questions one by one like a human

The inline form is usually better because it’s faster and more user-friendly.

You can even create different forms for different courses if you want (each with different fields), and the bot will use the right one depending on the context or the instructions
