At present Site Kit is a plugin for WordPress only, but it’s a great suggestion and something others have expressed previously. The plugin is fully open source, so do keep an eye out on the plugins GitHub repository or website. While there’s nothing in the immediate roadmap for providing a mobile app or use outside of WordPress, who knows going forward.
I did also add some further information on this to your review, which we were delighted to receive. This relates to the Site Kit dashboard being responsive and suitable for accessing on mobile. Many thanks!
