    Hi, Team

We migrated from CTX pro to Adtribe product feed two days ago for testing. Everything seems ok for now before we move forward to your Elite plan. But I found all the products status in the GMC is limited instead of approved. From your online doc or google, I might miss some important fields in the feed xml file, but I really could not find out.

The only reason I guess might be that I have not enabled the managed stock option in woocommerce. Because we do not keep in stock, I have been disabling managed stock for years. Doing this is not a problem in CTX product feed plugin.

    1. For your convenience please check the feedlink. https://www.erenovation.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/ojntm2v57pe51rk29qjbclty5obya5fr.xml
    2. The example in the GMC for limited status issue is below
Limited 1000mm Laundry Tub With Polyurethane Cabinet Legs 10894 A$594.00 A$709.01 In stockFeed by Adtribes Apr 1, 2026 1:00:00 AM54

Please advise how to fix this issue.

    Best regards

    Hi @lovebeans ,

Limited usually means one of the following

    • The item is restricted
    • Missing Data
    • Price missmatch

Try going into your GMC and view the Diagnostics tab and see if it gives you information on why it’s limited: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/14620978?hl=en

Go to the needs attention tab and see if it gives any information on whats causing the product to be in limited view:https://ibb.co/4wzHfZMB

Looking at your feed however, seems fine all the necesarry data is provided. Perhaps you just need to get GMC to re-review your product.

Great thanks for your advice, Jeff. I found one error or probably warning only which is “Missing inventory data Limits visibility in Australia”. This happens on all the products. Is there anyway that we resolve it?

Our business is only online sales without physical stores. Stock depends on the supplier not by us, so I never enable “managed stock” in woocommerce. If our customers order online, we will let supplier directly send to them. Occasionally we only keep stock for some regular sale products.

    Hi @lovebeans ,

It’s likely that you have an option ticked to sell local goods, please go to GMC Marketing > Marketing methods and see if you have any of the local options enabled:

If you don’t have this settings, it’s likely something else causing the issue. In this scenario I suggest reaching out to the GMC support team for more information regarding the issue.https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/13585221?hl=en

    Hi, Jeff

Thanks gain for your advice. I resolved it. But I have not enabled local options under marketing – marketing methods.

It is very tricky that even if all the local options under marketing tab are disabled, the local options are still enabled by default for the individual feed.

For people who have the same issue as mine, Please do following:

    1. Click data source – primary feed – data source setup – marketing methods. You may see that all the “For online store”, “For physical store” and “Others” are enabled by default. Make sure you diasable “For physical store” and any local options.
    2. After that, fetch the feed. I have not waited too long time. When I came back and checked probably in 5 mins, the status for all products are approved, not limited anymore.

    Cheers!
