• Hello,

Google Fonts are currently being loaded by the Pinpoint Booking System plugin (requests to fonts.googleapis.com). This is a GDPR‑related issue, as the external request may involve the transfer of visitors’ data to a third party without explicit consent.

    My question is:

    • Is there any way to disable the loading of Google Fonts in Pinpoint completely (e.g. fall back to system‑fonts)?
    • If not, is there a recommended way to self‑host the fonts used by the plugin (e.g. via local @font‑face declarations) without breaking the booking interface styling?

I would like to remove or at least internalize the Google Fonts usage in connection with Pinpoint to stay GDPR‑compliant.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were not aware that Google Fonts requires GDPR compliance. In the next update, the fonts will be self-hosted.

    Thank you, Marius
