Underlining terms WITHOUT links?

I use the tooltips function, so I don’t need to link readers to my glossary. I also like to limit the possibility of readers clicking terms by accident.

However, I do want terms to be automatically underlined, as my readers otherwise have no visual indicator that moving their cursor over a term will do anything. Is there a way to have automatic underlining without linking terms? If not, how can I request this feature? Thank you.
