    I have been using this software to build a tour, and notice a slight issue with embedding and playing videos. I reached out to ask if this was a known fault. I received a reply within 24 hours letting me know that they would pass this on to their product development team. I assumed that I may see a fix implemented at some point. Less then a week later they emailed me back to inform me that the new update had been pushed out and the issue had now been resolved. Top Service!
