Content Governance Plugin recommendation?

    Since WP doesn’t have native content governance, I’m looking for recommendations on plugins that you have used to make this work:

    • Automated review and expiration enforcement – automatically notify authors to review, update or unpublish content after a predefined validation period
    • Superadmin controlled validation timeframes
    • Content expiration automatically per defined rulesets
    • Audit trail and compliance tracking
    • Multisite supported

    Hello Diabolka!

    I have not personally used a plugin that meets all your needs, but I found a few that you might be able to work with:

    Simple History for audit trail and logging.

    Auto Post Expire for content expiration.

    Notification for custom notifications which you could possibly hook into Auto Post Expire.

    That said, I don’t know your exact situation nor have I used these specific plugins before. They might have limitations that don’t meet your needs. If these don’t work, I suggest searching for relevant keywords yourself and seeing if you can find something better.
