    The plugin is uodated at the last versione.

    I am extremely sorry that you are experiencig an issue with this. Please try recreating the plugin.

    To re-create the plugin, go to the “Advanced” menu and click the “Re-create” button to reset it. Then, in the “Free Widget Configurator” tab, follow the setup steps again to properly configure the plugin.

    Once you’ve done that, please let us know if the issue persists. If it does, feel free to share any additional details, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

    Hi,

    I’ve tried to re-create plugin and also delete and install again but the message is always:

    “Your reviews are being downloaded. This process should only take a few minutes.
    While you wait, you can start the widget setup with some review templates.”

    I’ve register also a profile in https://admin.trustindex.io/site/platforms but also here the reviews are still in “downloading” status.
