Hi @frank6tg. Thanks for using MetaSlider. We’ll be happy to help. Sorry, I don’t understand this request fully. It’s 100% normal in MetaSlider to scroll down the page.
Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing, please?
Thanks @frank6tg. That’s definitely not normal behavior. Normally if something like this happens the issue is a rogue cache or optimization plugin. And the first thing shown in your source code at the 19 second mark is some significant output from Object Cache Pro. Can you try disabling that and other cache / optimization plugins?
Thanks, I tried removing: Object Cache Pro, Perfmatters and disabling the Nexcess Page Caching (all of them at once). The issue persists.
PS Tested in Brave Browser and Chrome, Issue persists.
@frank6tg The next step is our trouble-shooting guide. Work through those steps: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/
- Does it help to try a different slideshow?
- Does it help to try a different browser?
- Does it help to try No Conflict Mode, etc?

What did help, was deactivating all plugins and turning them back on one by one WHILE metaslider was open refreshing metaslider every time I activated a plugin.
I’ve seen stuff like this before but not in a while.. Thanks for being patient
