    The Astra customization tools won’t load if the Event Calendar is activated.
    If I inactivate it, it will load.

    To assist you properly, could you provide more details about the Astra customization tool you’re referring to? Is it built into the theme, or is it a separate add-on?

    In the meantime, you can try enabling debugging on your website, then recreate the issue and check the logs. Sharing these logs with us may help identify the cause of the problem.

    Hi @vs_naho ,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. For us to address this issue, I’ve created an internal ticket [TEC-5746] and I’ve included your specific use case in it to communicate it to our team.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog. We will also update you through this thread once the fix is out.

    In the meantime, here’s a workaround you can do while waiting for the official fix:

    In your wp-config.php file, please add the following values. If they already exist, update them to match the values below:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
