Email notification about low rating received

    I recently built an e-commerce website that uses Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, along with a few other plugins.

    Recently I received an email titled: “A customer left a low review of 3 star(s) for {product_name}”

    I’m assuming that email is part of this plugin, but I could not find any settings to change who that email is sent to, and I also could not locate that email in any of the source code of any of the plugins we have installed. I even tried searching for generic text like “low review” and found no matches (except “Allow reviews”).

    Question: Is the “low customer review” email sent by this plugin? If so, where can I change the email address those emails are sent to?

    I actually managed to find the email language in the database. It turns out it was added using custom code by another developer, so this has nothing to do with Customer Reviews for WooCommerce. But I can’t delete this topic, so I’ll just leave this update and mark it as solved.
