Change address to login script not working

    Hi Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    We have changed the login script in WP using Cleantalk plugin but it did not work. Added the following inputs.

    1. Checked the input “Change address to login script”
    2. Login URL: login-new-url
    3. Redirect URL: home

    NOTE: Renamed the website URL to example.com

    We have added Redirect URL to /home so that whenever the user visits to the default login URL (i.e. /wp-login), they will be redirected back. But unfortunately, they are currently redirected to new login URL (login-new-url) instead of home.

    It does not work for example.com/wp-login/ but works fine for example.com/wp-login.php/.

    Is this the bug?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked this feature and found no issues. There should be no /wp-login/ path in WordPress by default. The example.com/wp-login/ URL always displays an error message stating that the page can’t be found, regardless of the state of the redirection option in the plugin. Could you check your website configuration?

    Yes, you are correct. It was not related with CleanTalk but from different plugin.
    Although this was not issue caused from the plugin, for future reference, I resolved it with Redirecting manually.
