Purchase Event not firing

    Hello,

    We are facing a weird problem on our website. The website can fire all events except the Purchase event.

    All other events are firing normally; PageView,ViewContent,Button Click Automatically Detected,AddToCart, and InitiateCheckout.

    We don’t have any plugins that alter our “Checkout” page nor “Thank You” page, we also tried the default theme (Twenty Twenty Five) and deactivated most WooCommerce-related plugins and the problem still persists.

    The event that is being fired at the “Thank You” page is PageView only.

    • WooCommerce version: 10.3.5
    • Facebook for WooCommerce version: 3.5.13
    • WordPress version: 6.8.3

    I have tested the plugin with woocommerce 10.2.2 (the latest supported) and it didn’t work also

    We had to use PixelYourSite for Pixel and Facebook for WooCommerce for the shop. I wish Meta fixes this plugin to facilitate the integration process all in one place (Ads, Shop, WhatsApp).

    Thanks for an answer. I have 9.x.x and it doesn’t work too. Did you need to change something in Facebook for Woocommerce to exclude pixel and use PixelYourSite?
