Version 4.6 still already have a big bug

Hello Auto Image team, Thanks for the 4.6 update.
When I load an image (either via the Library > Media path ; or via the Article > Image Block path) the “Image Title”, “Image Alt Text”, “Image Caption”, and “Image description” are not changed correctly but your plugin renames all the newly loaded sections to me with the words “Standard layout file” (I hope I got the translation right, i use the italian version). The file uploaded to the site is all wrong: in both “Image Title”, “Image Alt Text”, “Image Caption”, and “Image description” the wording is the wrong one I mentioned above. In short, the auto-renaming of photos does not work correctly and in version 4.3 and 4.4 and 4.5 the plugin is unusable.

With the 4.6 version (october 2025) this problem is solved both with the “webp” image formats and with those “PNG”.

Unfortunately the problem still remains with the images in “JPEG” format. Can you also solve this problem in the future? Thank you
