    The support is good and the plugin does what it promises, saving a lot of time. Unfortunately, the plugin had the same bug for many months (now fixed with support), so I can’t say it’s perfect. It was a crippling bug related to HEXIF data when uploading JPEG and WEBP images. Considering the cost of the plugin, I wouldn’t have expected it to last this long, but all’s well that ends well.

    Hello @pizienolamitica, this issue is coming from the EXIF data of the image being uploaded. Images without EXIF data should not have the issue, can you please take a look?

    I am aware of the problem, but I am yet to figure out a solution that solves it for everyone. I will ship a solution soon.
