[Plugin: Custom Upload Dir] Using the plugin with custom post types

Hi,
Thanks for a brilliant plugin. I works perfectly when creating posts of the default post type.

However, when using custom post types (and the Custom Field Template-plugin), all uploaded files are stored in the root of the uploads-folder.

Has anybody found a solution to this?
