    Hi there, @bublitzcreative,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out. I checked your site and it appears to be online, which is a great place to start.

Do you still see the fatal error at your end? If so, it is in the backend/WP Admin of your site, or can you see it also in the front end?

The error reported seems to be related to some corrupted data that lives in your installation. I noticed you’re using the Jetpack connection through WooCommerce, do I don’t seem to see the Jetpack plugin actually installed.

Could you please check in your server whether there are still Jetpack data of the plugin itself, and remove them completely? To remove this data, you can FTP into your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/jetpack. (If you’re not sure how to do this, ask your hosting company for help.)

After that’s done, clear your cache and see if the error still occurs.

Let me know if that solves the problem. 🙂 Thanks!

I currently have JetPack installed, but deactivated. Are you saying I should uninstall Jetpack, clear cache, and then reinstall Jetpack again? When it is activated, it completely breaks the site, giving me a Your Site Has Encountered an Error message.

    Having the exact same issue.

Changed to default Storefront Theme with only Woocommerce active. Activating Jetpack v. 15.0.2 causes exact error that OP mentions. Disabling Woocommerce (v. 10.2.2) resolves the issue. So, appears to be some conflict with Woocommerce.

    See: https://wlvldevoct25.wpenginepowered.com/

Follow-up: Disabling “Performance & Speed” settings resolves issue. (You have to disable Woocommerce to be able to access Jetpack settings in the current state)

Confirmed re-enabling these settings after disabling them causes the error to happen again. https://gyazo.com/0024193c20ee1ea9f4f4538b1c34859d

    Hi @bublitzcreative

Our development team currently has a fix pending for this:

    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/45386

For now, you will need to disable the Site Accelerator module inside Jetpack. When you activate Jetpack, are you able to get to the admin screens? If so, the fix is to go to WP Admin → Jetpack → Settings → Performance (Performance & speed) or directly at https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_module
