I just installed the plugin.
Here are some issues I’m seeing:
– Plugin does create a featured image for YouTube videos.
– Does not create a featured image for Vimeo.
– Can’t turn off the featured image on select posts via featured image admin sidebar.

Hi @faithfl

Can you provide an example of the Vimeo URL you’re trying to paste in? It’s possible our parsing isn’t set to handle the URL structure being provided. Based on open issues on the Github repo, I could believe it also maybe being a webp image format issue too.

For the 2nd part, it looks like we have a long open issue around things getting resaved, over at https://github.com/WebDevStudios/Automatic-Featured-Images-from-Videos/issues/65 and no solid solution still.
