Not work for me

I tried using Cart Abandonment Recovery for WooCommerce, but unfortunately it hasn’t worked properly for me. Here are the issues I’ve encountered:
- I set the first follow-up email to be sent 3 minutes after abandonment, but even when emails do go out, they are only sent the next day, not at the time I configured.
- The “Notify Recovery To Admin” option is enabled, but when a customer completes payment, I don’t receive any notification emails.
- For customers who placed an order but didn’t complete payment, I checked the email logs, and the plugin did not send any recovery emails to them at all.
Has anyone else experienced these issues? Or is there something I might have missed in the setup?
