Assistance Needed: Jetpack Connection Error

    Hello Jetpack Support,

    I am trying to connect my WordPress site to Jetpack, but I keep receiving the following error message:

    “The registration secret sent by your site is empty. (Status 500)”

    I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Deactivated and reactivated Jetpack
    • Deleted and reinstalled the plugin
    • Deactivated the security plugin and cache

    Could you please help me diagnose and resolve this issue so I can successfully connect Jetpack to my website?
