The plugin does not generate a feed. When I ask it to generate a feed, it gets stuck at 0%.

Hi @sooskriszta ,

It could be a bad update. Can you please cancel the update and try again? If not, try duplicating the feed or create a new feed and see if that helps.

Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors, do also check in Woocommerce > Status > Failed Actions and check if there are any failed feed refreshes

Hi @sooskriszta ,

That’s odd so creating a feed and it doesn’t create and there’s also no critical errors or failed actions. Can you please run a basic debug to confirm that the issue isn’t due to a plugin or theme conflict?

Also, it may be due to your server that’s stopping the feed from being generated. Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask if they stop certain action schedulers from happening properly?

And ask to disable any caching or minification via server or plugin side, also our official supported PHP is version 8.1, try downgrading to this version if it helps.
