The mentioned page is not loading at my end; it just shows a loader, as in the following screenshot.

Further checking, I observed a lot of errors being reported in the browser console, which suggests there might be a plugin or the theme causing a conflict on your website.
To investigate the issue further, can you please perform a complete conflict test?

If this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Hi John,
Thank you so much for your kind support.
My website recently underwent some major updates, which are now fully completed. Everything appears to be working fine again!
Regarding the issue, I don’t believe it’s related to other plugins or the active theme, as nothing has changed in that respect and Forminator was working perfectly until recently. I already had three forms active before I created the fourth one on the page I mentioned in my previous message.
As noted earlier, all forms stopped displaying after adding the new one.

I hope you’re doing well.
The site is functioning correctly, but the contact and job pages display no forms.
Please go to Forminator > Forms, select any contact or job form, then click edit. Navigate to Behavior > Rendering, and try adjusting either of these two settings https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering.
Sometimes, cache-related issues can cause problems, so these adjustments might help.
Enable either ‘– Load from using AJAX’ or ‘– Prevent page caching on form pages,’ and test each option separately to see if the issue is resolved.
After giving it a try and using the outcome with us.
