  • Hi @chelseamcquaid,

From checking the error logs you’ve shared. The error you’re experiencing, site works, but can’t log in to admin, and a fatal error referring to a missing WooCommerce file in Jetpack’s autoloader is caused by missing, corrupted, or outdated WooCommerce plugin files, which in turn cause Jetpack and potentially other plugins to fail during WordPress’s loading process.

You’ll see that your site works fine, but when you go to your shop page (https://chelseamcquaid.com/shop/), a critical error shows up. (Screenshot below)

To move forward, I would suggest contacting your web host’s support (or whoever manages your website for you) and advising them to update/reinstall all WooCommerce-related plugins.

If there were any significant changes to the site in the past couple of weeks, new plugin updates, themes, it would be advisable to check or share those as well.

<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>On another note, I noticed your XML-RPC page is showing a 500 error: https://chelseamcquaid.com/xmlrpc.php (Screenshot: https://cloudup.com/iMWqVCB2EKf). Other plugins that rely on XMLRP</span>C connection (like Jetpack) are affected by this error. Please share this as well with your host to make sure it’s addressed.

The result of your XML-RPC page should typically show: “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” You can see a working example here: https://wp.cloud/xmlrpc.php

Hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi there, @chelseamcquaid,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
