    Hello, my site is showing connected on the site kit settings page under the connected services tab but within the dashboard i have these errors:

    Data error in Analytics

    The server provided an invalid responseRetry

    Retry didn’t work? Get help

    Data error in Search Console

    The server provided an invalid responseRetry

    Retry didn’t work? Get help

    I have followed the instructions, the health of the site is fine. I cleared cache, not sure what to check next.

    Thanks for reaching out @jpattwell. If you’d like to share the following we can hopefully determine more on this and ensure the error no longer occurs:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.  
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear. 
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status  (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

    Once we have the above we can advise on this further. Troubleshooting steps maybe including any caching plugin configurations as you stated above you have yet to test these.

    Hi Adam, just filled out the form. Incognito doesnt resolve the issue. Site info included on the form. Odd because the connections seem to be there based on the settings of site kit but the widget on the wordpress dashboard and site kit dashboard both show the same data error

    @jpattwell Thanks for sharing the information. I don’t see anything that immediately stands out. Could you please try a Site Kit reset? Once reset you can set up the plugin once more. After doing this, do you encounter the same on your Site Kit dashboard?

    Please note that resetting Site Kit disconnects all users and removes all Site Kit settings, dashboard sharing settings and data within WordPress. After resetting, other administrators will need to go through the setup process again. Any users that have access to a view only dashboard will lose access to them.
