Checkout Payment option changes automatically

    I have a problem selecting the payment method in my woocommerce store.

    I have enabled COD and Recipt upload option but it automatically changes to credit card option and asks to enter credtor card details.

    however, i have not enabled credit card payment in my store and can’t find the error.

    do you have any idea? Please help

    Just to clarify, is this a new store setup or did this issue begin after updating WooCommerce or any related plugins?

    To better understand what might be happening, could you please share a screenshot of your current payment settings? You can upload the image using https://snipboard.io, then paste the link here. You’ll find the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.

    Additionally, please send us your full System Status Report. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status, then click Get system report and paste the contents to https://pastebin.com, then share the link here.

    Once we have those details, we can dig deeper and guide you accordingly.

    Hi

    I cloned the webiste ot another server and disabled all the plugins. It worked fine. Now there is an issue with the plugin named “Advance Bank Payment Transfer Gateway“

    Though I have installed it but it is not working in the cloned server. it doesnt shows bank details or upload receipt options. Can you help me with that

    At the moment, I’m not able to find another plugin that offers the exact same functionality you’re looking for — specifically one that allows users to upload a payment receipt for bank transfers out of the box.
