New user unable to log in

    After my shop crashed using the old WP ecommerce I have realized I needed to create a new user to be able to access the shop orders to update and send out packing notes etc.

    I have set up the role to only have access to the orders page.

    I have tried logginging in but I have been sent to the home page.

    Any thoughts please.

    Hi @johndt,

    Thanks for your screenshot. I can see that you’ve denied <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>many</span> capabilities, as shown in this screenshot. Could you please remove those and let me know if it helps?

    Thank you for the update.

    I have now allowed all in General, posts, pages and orders, which works.

    I could not find  <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>many</span>

    As it is working I think I will use the settings.
