Joinchat Deprecation message

    Hi

    I have just updated to the latest version and I get this message:

    JoinChatUtil class is deprecated, use Joinchat_Util instead.

    It has also stopped us being anle to assign callers. Please advise what we need to do.

    Hi @dvharrison

    Joinchat version 6 that we have just released is not compatible with older versions of Joinchat Premium like the one you have.

    You can downgrade to the previous version of Joinchat 5, or upgrade your Joinchat Premium version to the current version.

    Ok I just get sent back here. I am assuming that JoinChat Support Agents is now part of JoinChat Premium?

    Support agents have always been part of the premium plugin.
    Of course the premium plugin includes support and upgrades, as long as the annual subscription is renewed. You can see all the features on the Joinchat pricing page, each plan offers different features.
