    Hi,

    I’m trying to migrate a website from a domain to an other one, but when I try to migrate it with Migrate Guru I’ve got this message / error :


    Our requests are getting blocked at your source site https://pjjacademy.fr

    I know I’ve asked for help before, but i failed my migration and did B to A migration when I needed A to B. Can you help again ? I’m not getting an answer on my other thread because it’s written as “resolved” I think.

    Hi Taftaf,

    Thanks for your message.

    To proceed with the migration, please install the Migrate Guru plugin on both the source and destination sites. Then, copy the key from the destination site and enter it on the source site to start the migration.

    It looks like our requests are being blocked by the firewall on the source site. To resolve this, you’ll need to whitelist our IPs. You can always find the latest list here: Migrate Guru Public IPs

    Once that’s done, you should be able to retry the migration successfully.
