I see what you mean, @tripledm; you use quotes a lot in your titles. I still couldn’t replicate the issue on my end. This points to something in your setup. It could be your database charset/collation; it should be utf8mb4. See mine. You can confirm in WordPress > Tools > Site Health >Info > Database.

You used single ‘ instead of ” in your example trying to replicate. But one does have ” I see now.
I have checked and they are the same as yours:

Thanks for your response. I would recommend performing a conflict check. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.
