action failed via WP Cron

    My feed isn’t generating lately – even through manual refresh.

    I am on version 13.4.3

    My actions are the following :

    1. 2025-04-14 00:22:34 +0000
      action created
    2. 2025-04-14 00:23:49 +0000
      action started via WP Cron
    3. 2025-04-14 00:23:49 +0000
      action failed via WP Cron: Call to a member function get_coupons() on null

    This is on arguments example :

    • 'feed_id' => 30338
    • 'offset' => 0
    • 'batch_size' => 750

    Which gets the status “Failed”

    So the entire feed is stuck on 0%

    The only coupons plugin I have is “Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce Free” from https://da.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-coupons-for-woocommerce-free/

    Which is the same developer as this plugin?

    I forcefully stopped the regen, and restarted it, and it successfully generated the feed.

    Hi @stender89 ,

    Can you please go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs and check for any critical errors? Also go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions >>Failed Actions and check for any feed related schedulers.

    Pass a screenshot or the full error code here so we can take a closer look on why it failed
