I’ve been using the WP Travel Engine – Tour Booking Plugin for about eight months. While the plugin shows potential, it has proven to be unreliable for commercial use.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the ongoing issues have become too disruptive to ignore. I purchased the full plugin package, which includes multiple components. Unfortunately, it seems that some of these components may not be fully compatible with each other, leading to recurring problems.

Each update often introduces new issues, and the response time from support to resolve them can be quite slow. The most recent and critical issue is the booking calendar not loading properly, which prevents customers from completing their bookings.

For a travel business that depends heavily on online reservations, this directly impacts customer trust and damages the credibility of our brand. I sincerely hope the development team addresses these issues with more urgency and delivers a more stable, reliable solution.

    Hello @anrsml,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disruption this has caused your business. We understand how critical reliability is for a travel platform, and we regret that your experience fell short of expectations.

The booking calendar issue you mentioned was traced to a caching conflict, which our support team identified and communicated. Adding ?nocache to the URL restores functionality, indicating this is likely a configuration or caching plugin conflict rather than a core plugin issue. While we strive to ensure compatibility with common setups, third-party plugins or server settings can occasionally cause unexpected behavior.

We acknowledge your concerns about updates and compatibility. Our team prioritizes rigorous testing, but we recognize the need to further improve our update process to minimize disruptions. Regarding support, our records show responses were provided promptly, but we regret if resolutions felt delayed. We’re actively expanding our team to enhance response efficiency.

Your trust is invaluable to us, and we’d like to work directly with you to resolve the caching issue permanently. Could you please reconnect via our support channel so we can implement a long-term fix?

We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering the stable, reliable experience your business deserves. Thank you for giving WP Travel Engine a chance to improve.
