Issues with Widget

    HI,

    I just added the Simply Author Box Widget and I have issues:

    • in the setup of the widget I have a pull down menu for the author in the options. I have only 1 user on my blog. However, this user is shows 2 times in the pull down menu (besides the “autodetect” option
    • the widget itself on the mainpage has the issue, that the icons of the social media accounts are stretched to maximum width. So at the moment I have 7 big icons. The widget looks like a big column of Icon-Pictures…

    Can I fix it or does the author need to do it?

    I’m not sure why the user would be displayed twice, we have not had any reports of that before and I can’t reproduce it either. Maybe it’s a compatibility issue with something 🙁

    As for the widget and icons appearance, the theme’s CSS can influence those unfortunately. In case like that you will have to add some extra CSS to fix them.

    Well, I don’t see the author box on the page you posted the link to so I don’t know. Is it visible anywhere at the moment so I can check?

    We have found the issue, it was in the plugin after all, sorry about that. We will push an update with the fix asap.
