Error log showed this might be the issue:
WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near … count DESC; made by do_action_ref_array(‘wpforms_email_summaries_cron’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WPForms\Pro\Emails\Summaries->cron, WPForms\Emails\Summaries->cron, WPForms\Pro\Emails\Summaries->get_entries, WPForms\Pro\Reports\EntriesCount->get_by, WPForms\Pro\Reports\EntriesCount->get_by_form_trends_sql
deleted that WPForms plugin > cleared cache. Still not updating. No other errors showing to conflict. Otherwise…not sure where else to go

Hi @chasethecat
Thanks for reaching out to us! Upon reviewing your screenshot, I noticed that your cron job is displaying a past time where it should be showing a future time. Please see this screenshot.
Aggregator relies on the WP-Cron system to function properly. You’ll need to contact your hosting support to ensure that cron jobs are not restricted on your site or to help you resolve any issues with stuck cron jobs. You can share the screenshot above with them.
Once WP Cron is enabled, you can try importing the feed again. This should resolve the problem.
I hope it helps, and please let me know how that goes.
Thank you. I reached out to the hosting company. They have, “enabled the cron by adding the code to wp-c0nfig file”.
Hopefully in a matter of time, I will see it working again. Thank you for your help!
You’re very welcome, @chasethecat !
Please let me know how that goes 🙂
the help from the host didn’t seem to solve the issue. it stayed in error.
So I went into the cron events, paused events that were showing ‘unknown’ (likely due to disabled plugins), added the “wget -q -O -” in front of the cron event I set up previously (https://[yoursite].com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron (replacing [yoursite] with my site name)). and now it’s working. *shrug*. I am a happy camper again. 🙂
Hi @chasethecat
Thanks for the update! I’m glad to hear you got it working. It sounds like pausing the unknown cron events and modifying the cron job command made the difference—great troubleshooting on your part!
If you run into any further issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help.
P.S: If you have a moment, would you consider leaving us a review? It only takes a minute, but it means the world to us. Thank you! 🙂
