Hi, since today I started to get an error message on my dashboard & Post writing page saying “Failed to load plugin url: https://*my website address*/wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/assets/js/tinymce.min.js”

Heading to the statistics page UI is also completely broken and dismembered. What’s wrong? How do I resolve this issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi @aboutaudio,

Thank you for opening the thread!

Could you please check whether the tinymce.min.js file exists in the following directory?
    /wp-content/plugins/wp-statistics/assets/js/tinymce.min.js

Additionally, are you using an ad blocker extension/add-on in your browser? If so, please try disabling it and see if that resolves the issue.

We would also appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the error. This will help us better understand the situation and identify the possible cause.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi Matthew,

I’ve noticed that the update from either (or both) updates from my adblocker rules and noticed plugin was getting filtered out by the adblocker. I’ve added the plugin on the exclusion list and now it’s back to normal. Thanks for your assistance!
