    Dear Ultimate CSV Importer Support Team,

    I am using the free version of the Ultimate CSV Importer plugin on my WordPress car website to upload car details. However, I have encountered an issue with Farsi (Persian) text. When I import a CSV file containing both English and Farsi text, the English words appear correctly after publishing, but the Farsi text is replaced with question marks (???).

    Interestingly, when I manually enter Farsi text directly into WordPress, it displays correctly. This suggests that the issue is specific to the CSV import process rather than my website’s settings or font support.

    Could you please advise on how to resolve this?
