    2. Can I customize emals sent to customers?
    3. Where can I see the pricing?

    Hello,

    1. Yes
    2. Yes you can modify the existing emails
    3. The plugin is free, if you need any extra features these are the available add-ons. The plugin comes with a few payment gateway included such as Paypal and more. Stripe Payments is a free add-on. If those are not enough you can see a list of available payment gateways. If you need more than one you can get a membership: https://wpgetpaid.com/downloads/membership/

Let me know if you have other questions.

    Thank you

    Hello again,

First of all let me thank you for this wonderful plugin! After weeks strugling with WooCommerce and Stripe to provide simple option, like editing customer email and translating buttons, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Increadible. how such a big companies, can’t provide such obvious and simple options.

    Just two questions:

    1. What is the best way to translate: Checkout Page, Payment Confirmation, and Transaction Failed pages

Would you suggest any particular plugin, or is there a different way?

    2. I tried quite a few codes to customize “Buy Now” button, but to no avail. Is there any way to change the color and size?

    Thank you

    1 please see: https://wpgetpaid.com/docs/translation/translate-main-plugin/

2 it really depends on the theme used. If you provide a link to a page where a button is, I’ll give you a better answer.

    HI,

Thank you again for your help,

I use DIVI and I managed to change design using their options, but when I paste the code it takes me back to the same page where the button is.

Blue button is yours and white is mine

    Thank you

PS I bought one addon and am about to buy one more, should I continue asking for support here or go to paid section?

    Hi again,

You can use your own button (the one created with Divi) and link it to the form.

You need to use this as URL:

    #getpaid-item-5056|0

Where 5056 is the item ID.

Forms (if that’s a custom form) have their own URL.

Yes it would be better if you open support tickets on our site from now on.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
