Animated SVG image is blocking submenu

Heeej heej,

I’m wondering if someone could help me out finding a solution to the following problem where my submenu is covered by a SVG animation. This issue is driving me nuts and I’m out of clues how to fix this issue.

The submenu of main menu is shown behind an animated SVG:

I have tried fixing the issue with applying Z-index on both elements, but it simply doesn’t work.
