    Hello team,

    We recently received an email from the Klaviyo team stating that some APIs are going to be deprecated soon. Can you let me know when we can expect the API update on the plugin? The email is below.

    What does this mean?
    <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>If you fail to update your revisions to a supported version, key account features like profile creation, flow and segment enrollment, consent management, and more could be disrupted. In many cases, this is a one-line code change, but breaking changes between revisions could require more work.</span>

    Hi there – For our standard WooCommerce integration, we are actively working on updating it to use a newer revision (right now it is using the ‘2023-08-15’ revision). No action needed at this point.

    However, you said you got an email that the retirement date was 5 months out which indicates to me that you are likely using some other integration that is using an older revision (the WooCommerce integration is ~7 months out from retirement). Would you be able to open up a ticket with our support team so we can take a look at your account with you?
