    After installing WPML plugin I had problems with internal server error 500. It is happening around every third refresh or getting into different page like about-us, contact etc.

    In WPML they write:
    Identifying the specific plugin causing this issue can be challenging. It involves testing in a minimal environment and deactivating plugins one by one. After finding the responsible plugin, you would need to contact the author and request that they add a fix that limits the rewrite rule flushing to happen only once.

    You can fix it by adding the code they provide to functions.php but after I did that the site drop down in google searches. So it creates very critical problem, because you want to your site to be at top in searches.

    It would be nice to fix that plugin to work perfectly fine with WPML.

    Site Reviews does not flush rewrite rules.

    How are you sure that Site Reviews is responsible for this?

    Have you tested this with ONLY the WPML and Site Reviews plugins active and with an official WordPress.org theme (I.e twenty twenty four)?

    I have bunch of plugins and different wordpress theme.
    I was turning OFF every plugin one by one. And when I turned off Site Reviews plugin all started to work without internal server error 500.

    I installed different plugin that does very similar work: Customer Reviews for WooCommerce and the site works fine.
