    When I type in the chatbox and hit return, nothing happens. I’ve installed the pro version and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The API seems to be connecting. I loved the plugin until it stopped working.

    To assist us in better understanding the issue you’re experiencing, could you kindly inform us of any recent changes you’ve made that may have triggered this problem?

    At the moment, we’ve reviewed the issue and noticed that there may be a conflict present.
    Specifically, when we append ?nocache to the URL, the plugin functions correctly, which suggests that if caching were enabled, the page would likely load without the cache.

    Could you please confirm whether caching is enabled on your site?
