    Hey,

    I’m succesfully sending review requests and in return I’m getting mails saying I’ve got reviews, but these reviews don’t appear anywhere on my site. Not in the database, not on the front end, not on the back end.. What’s wrong?

    This happens to every review I’ve got in the last month or so. The only trace that’s left is the CusRev email “Notification about new reviews”. This email of course shows the name + e-mail of the reviewer, and the review itself, which I can copy-paste to my site, but I don’t think that’s the way it’s supposed to work. 😀 Unless something has changed recently..?

    The behaviour started about a month ago (I only recently noticed it), before that it has worked great for I’d say over a year

    There could be an issue when our system transfers the reviews to your site via Rest API. Please follow the solution below to troubleshoot the issue and let me know how it goes.
